Wednesday night hanging out with our chooks kind of wine.
The bottle opened slightly dank but once it blew off lovely light red fruits dominate. Even when it’s only 15 degrees celsius outside this is still a warming quaffer.

Tiny bit of fruit hanging by a thread.
Very much past it's window but colour is holding.

Past it's prime but no off or vinegar notes. Savoury and meaty.

#pinotaddict
Produced by Shaw&Smith, a standard glass presence very light, labelled Incognito and not S+S for a reason.
