Pulled this out of the cellar as a three year throwback to our trip to Sonoma at March Break 2012. Color upon pouring was a deep ruby verging on purple. The cork had crystals developing. First nose and taste to come. It's breathing as we speak. The nose is quite soft, the fruits are balanced and the tannins are mellow. Finish is medium and quite pleasant. Per the winemaker, this vintage is a mix of Barbera, Zinfandel, Merlot and Syrah. Quite tasty!
