Incredible. Got this at the winery and understand that three top somms from NYC (including from Le Bernadin) picked the barrels for this blend and it was sold only at their restaurants and the winery. They did a great job. Integrated acid and tannin with wild red strawberry and raspberry. Some spice on the nose and palate with some cedar perhaps. Rustic feel to it without losing its refinement. I think at the winery they said it had a smoked ham note and that's probably right on point. Reminds me a true Burgundy.
