I’m drinking it several days old, so it isn’t a great tasting situation, but that said, it is pretty good. A very faint banana and almond fragrance starts it off. There is an almost ripe fruit taste and a mellow hints of floral and pepper. It is smooth on the pallet and tasty with laughing cow cheese. I wish I would have been home when it was first opened, but it kept pretty well in the refrigerator.
