30+ year old Washington State cab. Random selection from an overlooked corner of the cellar. Nice, solid, moderately tannic red wine. Had to be decanted to filter out the sediment. Not a wine to change your life, but it was a nice accompaniment to a NY strip with sautéed mushrooms. Probably the last uncorked bottle of its kind on the planet.
