60 min decant (could have been 2-3 h). Inky purple red color. Lilac, menthol, tanned leather, oak and perfume on very aromatic nose. Viscous and a bit alcoholic. Smooth, grippy palate with some vanilla on the front end. Medium long, brooding finish with firm tannins.

Not bad, but didn't meet expectations. Could be because of what we ate with it, but too high in OH and wasn't very refined. Short finish too.
