2010 Hush Heath #English #Rosé, Kent, #England. Blend of the 3 traditional sparkling grapes. Super austere with notes of dried raspberry, pink grapefruit and citrus peel. Very dry with loads of chalky minerality. Think of this as sparkling wine without the bubbles from one of my favorites fizz producers in the #UK. #wine #sommelier
