Juicy! Lemon squeeze. Chalk. Packed with tension and buckets of sunshine. Ripe and razor sharp.

Dynamite Champagne with great citrus fruit tones to accent a focused minerality. It displays great texture and weight. I am sure it will develop greater complexity with cellar time.
