Tradition Alsace Muscat

Less than 2 grams RS and includes fruit from Shoenenbourg Grand Cru.

Older dry wines from Muscat & its extended family (Torrontés) all seem to take on lots of green vegetal aromas to me, like celery & chives. Almost Federspiel Grüner greenness, but not nearly as enjoyable. But still unmistakably Muscat.

Floral nose, candied orange, supple, oily palate yet fresh with soft pear and talc; some bitterness on the end but still refreshing.
