Classic Riesling

I fell in love with the Alsace region while I lived in Germany, some of the best food and wine I have ever had. This was a good wine but did not bring back the vivid memories I have. A nice dry Riesling but a bit tart or acidic on the back end. It paired well with a spicy Korean chicken dish. 2015 vintage
