Another excellent Merlot from the Hourglass team. Lots of blue fruit and cinnamon on the nose. A very solid showing of blueberry, mocha and coffee on the palate with a little spice and earthiness. The finish is bold with a solid backbone of tannins that are well refined but evident in balance with nice acidity. I love this wine and everything Hourglass produces.
