This was a 1.5 liter bottle opened for a birthday party. Very smooth and the richness built as it was enjoyed. Clearly needed some time open, maybe an hour to really open up. Once open it was very balanced. We also has a 2012 open and comparing the two was illuminating. While the '12 was big, almost jammy, the '10 was a much nicer, richer drink once open.
