Honig is amazing. Must be the sun!!!! 2015 Oak Knoll District, Rafael Vineyard. Large bouquet of lavender and black cherry pie. Initial pallet is swarming with blackberry and dark current. Then folds in the ripe plum. The mid palate brings in those amazing vanilla chocolate spicy oak flavors. The finish is mildly dry very graphite and earthy in tones with a wonderful blend of mild tannins. So balanced, so delicious, ‘ got to have more!
