It quickly became a tradition for Mr Spittoon and myself after Baby TC was born and last weekend we celebrated 11 months 😱
Seriously how is Baby TC nearly one?? Next question is what should we crack for that milestone?

This fabulous bubbles was crowned the Best Australian Sparkling in Winestate Magazine just before Christmas last year. And thats only one of the many awards it’s claimed!

My tasting note
We enjoyed it as an aperitif with some friends and literally everyone was raving about it. It’s a refreshing looking lemon & lime shade in the glass. Fresh Danish pastries, zesty citrus and pretty floral notes rise from the glass. And wow! On the first sip you’ll understand why this sparkling is another level (cue the ‘Level Up’ song by Ciara). It’s super smooth texture is out of this world and the finish is long and succulent. So YUM!
