Bottle 2 of #kogodwinemerchant Riesling 6-pack. Minerals and lemon on the nose. Feels dry as a bone with bracing acidity...mandatory food wine. Coravin used.

This is AP 3. Beautiful balance, minty tones along with clean orchard. Unabashedly off-dry but with tons of verve. A winner with burrata at our dinner.

Wonderful interplay between sweetness and racy acidity. Sappy white peach with a hint of candied ginger and gun flint. Laser finish that somehow is bright and fresh, but lingering and satisfying.
