Vintage 2018 | Extremely well done, this red wine from Regent, Rondo and Cabernet Cortis. Made in Holland just against the borderline with Belgium. Ripened on American oak. Dark colour with purple rim. 2/4 transparant. Laurel in smell, raspberry in taste, tannins give the wine a bite, lovely. Drank it during dinner with a trufflesaucage, Vermicelli con acciughe, aglio e olio (vermicelli, anchovy, garlic and olive oil) and roquefort cheese. Made us happy.
