Rose colour dry tart smell I like

Understood for the first time what cold vs cool does to a wine like this. Cold = heavy, exaggerated, a tad sweet. Cool = elegant, balanced, delicious. Big diff.

Paired with market fresh king prawns (home BBQ'd) and we loved it. Beautifully balanced and refreshing with a subtle peach but savoury finish.
