This made in a Valpolicella style. They let the fruit hang on the vine longer and let it just start to get to a raisin state. They then move the fruit into a drying room with racks. Starts with bold dark wild berries and as it opens up the cherry flavors really start to shine. Surprisingly easy to drink so young.

At this price point definitely expecting more. Needs to have a lot more intensity.
