Like nothing I’ve ever had. Great nose of flowers, white pepper, honeysuckle, a touch of melon. Palate is such a great balance of acidity and flavor. Evolves as it opens. Way too easy to drink and went great with a simple chicken dinner. I get some great herbs and honey. So good.
