Beautifully aromatic wine with apple and citrus notes and having acidity. Crisp without being tart, the wine has a silky texture and is long on the palate. It has just enough of an herbal overtone to go beautifully with pasta and pesto - the acidity cuts through the olive oil in the pesto. Surprise pairing - the wine is good with fried and grilled foods as well and lovely with ceviche and other acidic dishes
