New vintage of the Bohan-Dillon Pinot Noir was bottled today. My gratitude to our winemaker @cobbwines and his team who worked their asses off to get this wine in the bottle!

Perfect New Year’s Day Wine to hopefully herald a better year... I love this wine it has such profound prettiness to it on the nose and on the palate! Flowers, cherries, and just enough earthy backbone ❤️

2013. Delightfully on the lighter side. Great tonight with grilled bone-in pork chops. Cherry pastry on the nose, bright cherry and a spicy mid palate with a lingering finish. Mouth-watering acids and only a whisper of tannin. I am, however, missing the kitty cat on the label. Balanced, well made. 13% abv. $34. Drink now; can keep 3-5 years.

Takes some time to open up, but well worth the wait. Beautiful and savory. Bright acid and great texture

IPOB but not working for me. Flat. Watery. Wish it was better. Had high hopes.

Candied Cherry, flowers, slightly chalky tannins. Some length as it opens up. By all accounts a beautiful wine and exactly what they say it is: a quaffer. The only problem is the price. A quaffer shouldn't be $40.
