Onion bhaji & Rosé has to be one of my new favourite wine & food matches! So tasty and I even made the bhaji’s myself thanks to a delicious gluten-free recipe in the latest dish Magazine.

We were recently sent this lovely bottle of Hirsch Hill Estate 2019 Pinot Noir Rosé from the Yarra Valley to try (thanks guys!!) which I thought would make a great match. And oh boy did it 🤤

In the glass it’s a pretty pale pink shade. Lovely notes of raspberries, pomegranate and lemon tickle the nostrils while in the mouth its creamy texture is complimented by flavours of strawberries 🍓, cherries 🍒, watermelon 🍉 and citrus. Super fruity and delicious.

This wine was sent to me as a sample, I was under no obligation to post about it.

All opinions are based on my own taste buds. Wine is subjective & always evolving, so make sure you drink what you enjoy!
