Solera Aged Bourbon Whiskey
The funny thing is, you see, I’m not a bourbon guy. But I LOVE this... So damn smooth, so well balanced. Perfect for drinking neat by the fire. Also goes well topped with some fresh eggnog and grated nutmeg. But seriously, I don’t care if you’re a scotch drinker (like me); you are missing out if you’re not drinking this. What does a NC man do for entertainment- he drives to south jersey to visit a friend - that friend introduces him to a bourbon - solera aged style - so damn smooth - what heat disappears so quick it was shocking leaving an amazing finish - I truly appreciate this recommendation and I am believer Adam - total smiles

A memorable Bourbon, on the sweet side but not cloying. Essence of creme caramel. Buttery smooth.

Jan 7th, 2017First day back to work after 10 days off. Had to pour something special.
I like the concept of the Solera Technique.....
Honey and root beer on the nose with a vanilla, cinnamon and rye on the moth followed by some heat.
Quick caramel finish that doesn't last.
