Organically grown. Biodynamic. 100% estate. Pure Napa Valley. Our Sauvignon Blanc has a light straw color with slight green hue. Delicious and enticing aromas of passion fruit, grapefruit, lychee and boxwood leap out of the glass. A brisk and refreshing acidity enlivens the mouth feel. The acidity is balanced by a rich body achieved by stirring the lees. The finish is very long with a long reminisce of passion fruit.
