Paired well with spicy shrimp creole but not my favorite. Not surprising since I'm not a huge fan of rosé. Was light and slightly refreshing. On its own before dinner there was just a slight unpleasant finish. Maybe a little bitter? Hard to put my finger on what I didn't care for. Once paired with the creole that seemed to go away.
