Honestly I’m not a fan for all of the hype. Tried it straight up and it didn’t work with a strange aftertaste, tried mixing it in cocktails, the only way enjoyed it is mixed with Coke but I can do that with crown. I grew up with sorghum syrup, this doesn’t taste like it.

This is very good bourbon. Made from a revived heirloom corn in South Carolina and yada yada food geek stuff that’s actually really interesting but... it’s just really delicious bourbon.
