Excellent Napa Cabernet, really well rounded and balanced on the palate. It’s dark purple in the glass and the nose is classic dark fruit, leather and pipe tobacco. There are some great floral notes on this as well with lavender of course but a surprising rose flavor in the mix. I really enjoyed this and it got better as the evening progressed. Day 2 held up nicely and just really enjoyable.
