Hermes Retina and a surprising lack of a vintage? Is that normal for this Greek white?

Color is a clear and vibrant light yellow, the nose strongly suggests the resin that will be on the palate, along with severely underripe pineapple and yellow apple notes. On the palate is that resin, along with lemon zest and lemon candy. A deliciously tart wine with less acidity than you'd expect and low alcohol.

If you can get past the resin, which is admittedly a big hurdle for some, then you'll be left with a good sipping wine.
