My last Wednesday Wine Committee to attend this year. Quite the lesson in Spanish wines! As always, all wines are tasted blind.
The color on this was inky. Mainly purple and black. I kept wanting to go west coast zin or Malbec, but it only met some of those characteristics. Small spice. The finish wasn’t jammy in any way.

Dec 2, 2016. Beautiful color. Ripe red fruit and a bit of truffle on the nose. A bit acidic, not very complex. Drinkable Priorat for $10.
