Nose of lychee, rose and some white pepper touches. The palate is off dry but the acid drive is quite strong and helps make this quite fresh and easy going. This is not great but very good and a great sidekick to a homemade foie gras mi-cuit (by my mother). Good stuff and great pairing.

Dec 28th, 2022The nose is very typical with white flowers, spices, some citrus lingering in the back. The palate shows a strong acid backbone which balance a very fruity, soft mouthfeel with a bit of thickness. There is some residual sugar in there but the acid backbone is so strong that the overall impression is dry. Short fresh finish with white flowers and spices. We paired with homemade foie gras my mother prepared. You got to love holiday season at home 😍
