A little more round, soft on the finish and back palate than most Muscadet, but this little Loire Valley lovely will rock your world with acidity in the best of ways. I just imagine a huge plate of oysters and a glass of this. That's my happy place.

Nice crisp acidity with Granny Smith Apple, lemon, honeyed wheat. Excellent with swordfish and holds up well for such a low 12% ABV.

Heavy for Muscadet, but still bright and clean on the palate. Incredibly drinkable and would buy again. Paired well with our Caesar salad and cheese plate.
