Round pinot gris. Sweet apples, pear, quince. A hint of melon. Very floral, quite oily. It has a bit of sweetness. Counterbalanced with racing acidity, that's just really awesome. Medium to long length. This paired well with chicken cacciatore! This is rather affordable wine, and at that price point it seems like a steal. Really good stuff.

Poire, melon-miel et une TONNE de minéralité tendue par l'acidité et adoucie par le fruité juteux. C'est un vin de terroir. Sol essentiellement constitué de galet calcaires du Muschelkalk. 2009.
