Textbook Cru Beaujolais. This has a particular freshness to the fruit. Ripe raspberries, strawberries and red cherries. Florality is neglible but noticeable on the palate only -- fresh violets. Definite inorganic minerality present and soft tannins. Really juicy enjoyable Gamay. Especially delicious slightly chilled. The fruit character was pretty amazing for 2010.
