Retasting 14 months later. Pale yellow, excellent clarity. Veggie, floral and pineapple notes in nose. Preserved lemon flavor, green apricot with light skin astringency in finish. Tart enough to be a good food wine. Its fruit flavors have changed since the previous tasting. Veggie note emerging in nose is slightly sulfury, not quite broccoli-like, but not a positive here.

Pale yellow in color. Floral, mint, vanilla notes in nose. Cantaloupe, sour apricot and soft lemon flavors, good acidity with rounded mouthfeel, soft, velvety tannin finish. This one cries out for seafood.
