Single vineyard Pinot. Big oak and smooth. Probably should have given it another 2 years in the cellar but was yum now.

Delectable Blue

A mellow, elegant and refined Pinot. Soft earthy pinot flavours supported by generous helping of black cherry and strawberry fruit, with a hint of vanilla to help it all down. Silky tannins providing a soft smooth mouthfeel. Tastes a lot more expensive and a lot older than it was. Wifey says “yummmm”, who am I to disagree!
