May 10th, 2019Nose is very floral; honeydew melon, ginger, cinnamon, rose petal. Gewurztraminer-esque. Lots of pomelo and citrus pith bitterness on the palate. Nice texture but wish there was more acid and minerality to carry the lovely nose.
