Wild berries, plums, dark cherries, hint of blue fruit, bitty minerals, black dry earth, just a touch of baking spices. Simple but fairly tasty.

Drank at Koleves in Budapest. Started off iffy, but got a lot better after 20 minutes or so.

This wine is a light, vibrant ruby-red hue. Dried roses and savory herbs prevail on the nose, with medicinal overtones, very ripe red and purple fruits, and subtle iron-forward minerality. Brightness, levity, and assertive grip are backed by ripping acidity. Simultaneously beautiful and badass.
