Produced by Mailly, a grand cru village that is also the name of the Domaine just outside of Reims about 15 minutes. This was a special label made for the 2016 Euro Cup, and made as Mailly's house style. Golden color, dough, lemon zest, ripe green apple, anise, and crisp acidity to the finish with a pretty low dosage. Only 11,000 bottle produced. Mailly is most certainly one of my favorite houses, and one of my favorite to visit!

Very fun and bright! Great for sport celebrations or for treating yourself. Burt orange taste in the length with tastes of strawberry and peach. Has a pleasant dryness that lasts.
