A little harsher on the tannins then I prefer. If it were a bit smoother I’d give it a higher rating. Full-bodied with hints of cedar(?).maybe? Also I detect vanilla.

Lots of smokey notes, full body and well-rounded tannins on the finish. Nice accompaniment to barbecued pork ribs.
