Yellow and salmon pink, excellent clarity. Slight black pepper and citrus-red fruit notes in nose. Dry, slight to moderate skin astringency, tastes of peach and Grenache - white pepper and tangerine peel flavors in mouth. Mineral-like finish with a soapy-like mouthfeel. Balanced. Not a highly polished wine but ticks most of the boxes for a quality dry Rosé.
