Golden straw in color which I think is the result of the creative blend of commercial yeast and natural fermentations. Nice full body with green apple, pear, honey with a heavy hit of acid on the finish that is a bit artificial tasting and almost too much. Drier than their Dry Riesling - good but average in a sea of finger lakes dry rieslings.

Pear, lemon curd, hay, slate, lime zest, apple and hints of petrol. Great acidity and minerality.

Plenty of tart apple, pear and citrus. Hints of petrol on the noise and on the back of the palate. Easy drinker!
