This Chardonnay is on the malolactic and buttery side. It would likely pair well with whitefish in butter Chardonnay sauce. We paired it with chicken, pasta, and Chinese New Year veg dishes. The results were uneven. I do like the pear and peach fruits, and the creamy body, but I wish I had paired this with seafood. I may need to try this again to give it a sporting chance.
