Amber gold, sweet with a touch of acidity. Aromas of ripened apple, lemon and honey. Perfect pairing with pork. The wine improved with setting up for 20-30 minutes. Would prefer a dryer Riesling.

Apr 16th, 2023wow 🤩. the magic of aged riesling. there’s still a lot of youth and freshness here. but there is an unmistakeable bruising of the fruit, bruised golden apple, bruised lemon. some really deep honeysuckle and golden honey. this bottle can probably last another 20 years easy but it’s in a great drinking window now.

feels illegal to drink this. the little RS in this wine could easily be confused for a ripe CA white. so fresh, so refreshing. and such a steal at $24.
