A potent aroma of moldy bark that has been in the shade too long. The first flavor to hit the tongue is nice but the following wave is pungent and reminiscent of a cat's throwup.

Enjoyable. Sweet but not over the top. Tart but not in a bitter way. Body but not tongue coating. An interesting blend. I think this is a good wine to share with someone/conversation piece. Wouldn’t necessarily pair with a meal. Flavors better with cheese n crackers. One to try and form your own opinion.

Loved this wine! Opened it for a chicken marsala dinner, had a little left over for a grilled tri tip the next night. Delicious.
