May 28th, 2014A dark, dark amber in the glass. Rich and viscous as all hell. Made using grapes that were over saturated for up to fifteen days. The nose features a cacophony of cinnamon, honey, and stewed figs. On the palate there’s good fruit cake, cherries, and a little truffle. Sweet, oh so sweet but never cloying. One to enjoy.

Oct 24th, 2013这瓶来自Santorini的甜酒真是个宝贝，so syrupy, raisiny, as if you are drinking cherry jam, but there is that high acidity to lift the sweetness up, to keep the freshness..配上那creamy, silky的bluecheese, 真是完美！
