This was interesting, and fun, but I prefer a more traditional Georgian skin contact style. I wasn't quite sure what to do with this. Still thoroughly enjoyable.

This is a different type of wine, on purpose, low alcohol, early pick, more energy, whole cluster , skin ferment, very, very interesting....
