Very light color and body for a Zin, more like a Pinot in appearance. Translucent garnet in color and light bodied. Light red cherry (nice fruit notes and far from jammy) and pepper notes and a smooth finish. Not your usual Zin, but that's not a criticism. A very enjoyable easy drinking Zin.

Seriously. A 16-yr old Zin... Bright berries, very fruit-forward. And it just lingers on your palette until you can't help but take another sip. Simply incredible durability for a Zinfandel. #ZinMaster #HouseOfZin
