Typical Manzanilla from Palomino. 15% abv. Medium lemon. Medium intensity. Blanched/raw almond from acetaldehyde, bread dough, toast, green apple, pear, cherry pit, lemon pith, saline. On the palate: dry, medium acid (low pH, low TA - mouthwatering factor), low fortified alcohol. Medium body. Medium intensity. Medium finish. Yeasty bready almondy.
