Red cherry Twizzlers, mushrooms dusted w cinnamon spice and I know it's all in my head but it tastes like drinking Velvet. Way to go, HC.

I am not a Pinot fan as we like the more hearty and rich California Cabs, but this absolutely changed my mind. When done with food I really find it hard to beat.

Raspberry, watermelon, sage and vanilla. Silky, velvety texture with smooth tannins and a spicy finish.
