Big, powerful Sonoma Pinot. Ripe strawberries, morello cherries, and kirsch melded together with big, chewy tannins. I love Sonoma pinots and Hartford makes some of the best. But note that these are bold wines, and while I like them this way, Pinot lovers who prefer lighter, more mineral-driven, wines may balk. Nevertheless, this is extremely well-made with awesome fruit. 2016 vintage on Aug 31, 2019
